Cancer research UK were looking to make savings within the temporary accommodation facility in the Northwest. Meeting with Clarke Optimal they discussed their compliance standards and desire to make savings on the significant energy spend whilst ensuring the critical environment parameters were maintained.

Using the Clarke Optimal method our team set to work to ascertain the existing consumption of all assets to understand efficiency of the facility. Using the latest building energy modelling techniques and monitoring system combined with our expert knowledge we developed a strategy to maximise the potential.
