Clarke Optimal carried out a full detailed inspection of all assets within the building and using our specialist method built a consumption model of all aspects to present to the client. The detail included return on investment with potential overall savings of 76%.
Our full detail enabled the client to prioritise and proceed with the 1st phase of work which was to install an intelligent lighting system to maximise investment within the energy budget for site.
